PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION !
Online reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance, an email confirmation will be sent. Telephone reservations can be made during office hours 8am (morning) to 12am (midnight) Pacific US time. To cancel a reservation a 48 hour notice is required . A Visa or Mastercard credit card is required to hold a reservation or for a deposit on privates and must be in the name of the guest. No debit credit cards. The front desk accepts cash, traveler's checks and Visa or Mastercard credit cards for payment at the hostel, there is a flat fee of three dollars for credit card transactions at the hostel. The credit card will be charged a fee of one night plus seven dollars for a no show. Arrivals after 6:00 pm must call ahead the day of arrival or you could loose your reservation. There is a 28 day maximum length of stay, no exceptions. Dorm rooms are for international travelers with valid passport showing proof of travel within the last 90 days. (Stamped passport or plane, train, bus ticket receipt). Bed arrangements and dorm groups to be in the same room can be requested but not guaranteed. We always try our best to satisfy our customers, we love you all. There is Free underground parking available and complimentary breakfast everyday, we hope to see you soon.
